Meet Ericka, With 20 years of experience as a licensed cosmetologist, Our salon coordinator brings both expertise and warmth to every client interaction. Her background behind the chair gives her a deep understanding of salon life, helping her keep everything running smoothly.  Outside of work, she loves spending time with her son and daughter.

Meet Karen, our seasoned stylist with 21 years of experience and expert training in parametrics and advanced precision cutting. As our Color Director, Educator, and the #BlondWhisperer, she stays on top of the latest trends and techniques. Outside the salon, she loves cooking, beach days, and time with her family—her daughter Grace and her cat, Zelda. Affectionately known as “everybody’s mom,” Karen brings warmth and care to everyone she meets.

Meet Polly; With 25 years of experience, Polly is a master colorist from Greece specializing in blonding and foils. She’s passionate about creating multi-dimensional blonde shades that suit each client’s unique style and stays current with the latest color trends and techniques. Outside the salon, she loves spending time with her three grandchildren. Polly’s warm personality, caring nature, and attention to detail make her a client favorite, offering a truly personalized experience every time.

Meet Linda, a master stylist with four decades of experience and renowned expertise in one-process color, highlights, and balayage. Her commitment to excellence and personalized service has earned her the loyalty of many clients, and she’s always excited to welcome new ones. Outside the salon, Linda loves spending time with her family, cooking, and tending to her garden. With over 18 years of experience, Mimi is passionate about making her clients look and feel their best. She especially loves haircutting and creating customized cuts, while also enjoying color and bringing each client’s vision to life. Outside the salon, Mimi is a proud mom of two girls and loves ’90s R&B, dancing, and spending time with family and friends.

With 14 years behind the chair- Victoria is passionate about helping each client feel confident and love their hair. She specializes in corrective and creative color, seamless gray coverage, and men’s cuts. Whether Victoria is transforming a color, creating something bold/unique, or keeping it classic and polished, she loves bringing your vision to life while making sure your hair looks and feels its best! When She is not behind the chair, you’ll usually find her spending time with her 2 kids and dogs. Victoria is passionate about herfamily, pets & a good book and always feels recharged after indulging in those simple things in her free time!

Meet Alieza, a vibrant stylist with a passion for blonding, extensions, and lived-in color techniques. She began her journey at Isabella's salon as a receptionist and has grown into a skilled hairdresser over the past two years, surrounded by a supportive team. Outside of the salon, spending time with friends, and keeping up with the latest hair trends. Her outgoing nature and dedication to continuous learning ensure she provides amazing service to everyone in her chair.

Allison who also goes by Allie has been doing hair behind the chair for 5 years now. starting her career at just 18 she has taken the time to perfect her skills over the years to give her clients the confidence and experience they want. From the moment you walk in the door you’ll be greeted with her bubbly personality, a smile and open ears. Allie specializes in lived in color, brunettes and healthy blondes. Outside of the salon she loves spending time with her girls and her long time boyfriend harry, shopping and binge watching netflix shows.

Ava is one year into her career behind the chair and truly couldn’t love what she does more! She’s passionate about all things hair, especially blonding, dimensional color, and layered cuts. She loves creating personalized looks that make each client feel confident and beautiful, while always continuing to learn, grow, and perfect her craft. Ava is excited to bring her creativity, attention to detail, and love for hair to every appointment!

Haley has been behind the chair for 4 years and is passionate about blonding and creating beautiful, lived-in looks, especially balayage. She loves making each client feel comfortable and creating hair that feels effortless and personalized. Outside of the salon, Haley enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and meeting new people. She’s outgoing, loves to chat, and looks forward to getting to know everyone in her chair!
